Bryan White’s professional career and interests have always straddled the realms of both landscape architecture and architecture. His in-depth knowledge of both fields has allowed him to bring a deeper understanding of place-making, and a sensitive response to siting, in order to create a richer built environment. This ethos carries from initial site analysis, planning and conceptual overviews, through all phases of construction.

His varied background experiences include project architect and project management roles at a number of well-regarded architecture and landscape architecture firms in the Phoenix and Seattle areas, along with involvement in a number of related fields, such as managing an Arizona Science Foundation Grant, working design-build construction, teaching classes in landscape and permaculture design, and fabrication of high-end custom cabinetry. These diverse forays help round out Bryan's breadth of experience, lending him a more thorough understanding of the myriad of factors that are needed to create the sort of spaces and places we want to inhabit. In particular, the breadth and diversity of his professional experiences allows him to really understand how various systems work together, and the knowledge base to detail those connections that actually make projects successful.
